Return & Refund

Check the item(s) before signing

1) Scan the box for damage.

2) Make sure the product name and model number match your order confirmation.

3) Remove the packaging and inspect the appliance.

If there is any damage, please contact customer service immediately.  After signing, you will be responsible for it. Slight scratches caused by logistics during transportation are normal, please contact customer service for processing. If the product does not have any quality problems, you need to bear the logistics cost if you want to return it after signing. Large bathroom product once you have installed the appliance, it cannot be returned.

 

Hassle-Free Exchange

A hassle-free exchange is ready if it is in stock. You can exchange your item(s) within 24 hours you placed the order and before your package was shipped out. If your package has been shipped out, we will not accept your replacement request, but you can refuse to accept the package after it arrives.
 

Cancellation

For canceling an order which has not been processed, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders whose parcels have already been processed can not be canceled.
 

Missing item(s), wrong item(s) or incorrect package sent

If there is an item missing, we will resend the missing item/accessory for free .

If we have shipped the wrong item, we will either refund you in full or resend the correct item (if in stock). Factory-Union will reimburse you for the return shipping fee when we receive the returned item(s).

 

Returnable Item(s)

Items that can be returned/refunded within 30 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:


1. Faulty items damaged/broken or stained upon arrival.

2. Items received in the incorrect size/color.

3. Unused and ndamaged item(s) that have not met your expectations within 30 days of receiving.

4. Items in original package. In its original, undamaged condition.

5. Disassembled, if the item(s) were originally delivered disassembled
In its original packaging. If the original packaging is too damaged to be shipped back, you must use a similar sized box as the original or a box no longer than 108 inches.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We will not accept returns in the following conditions:


1. Items outside the 30 days guarantee time-frame.

2. Items without the original packaging.

3. Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page and those clearance items.

4. Items you have already assembled.

5. Small cuts, scratches or damage during the cleaning process-damaged caused by the incorrect installation of a product.

6. Cracks during the random displacement of the items.

7. Items kept in contact to direct sunlight and water, resulting in decaying of wood.

8. For sanitary reasons, toilet ,etc. Are non-returnable.

9. Customized products, clearance products, and flash sale products are non-returnable.

10. Bundled items at discounted rates, e.g. “5 for $25” (unless the entire bundle is returned)


 

In addition, any delivery ship fees or service charges collected on the order will not be refunded.
This includes:


1. $30  charge for refund restocking fee

2. Upgraded shipping charges (expedited, express, room of choice, etc.)

3. Assembly services included with delivery

4. Factory-Union does not price match.

 

Extended Holiday Return Policy


For all items purchased between November 1 and December 31, the deadline to return them is extended until January 31.
